I had called 2 places the day before, and was told they would be in touch (it has been radio silence since).We needed plumbing in our office for our backed up kitchen sink.Bluefrog answered my call, set me up, came the same day within a few hours. Andrew and Miguel were extremely nice, knowledgeable, honest, and attentive. They got to work and were done so fast!Turns out we needed a new garbage disposal, and they had one on the truck. I highly recommend Bluefrog Plumbing of Orange County. Andrew and Miguel saved the day! We had a tankless water heater & water filtration & conditioning system installed. Work required 2 days to complete. The installers of BlueFrog were top notch! Licensed plumber, Andrew came out today to take a look at our tankless water heater and fireplace. For years, our water heater’s piping made a humming sound, at times the shower water became scorching hot, and our fireplace had a gas leak. Andrew was able to diagnose, repair, and brief us about what was the problems. Andrew was quick, professional, knowledgeable, and provided great customer service. Blue Frog of OC is how a business should be run from call to repair. Ever person I spoke and worked with were outstanding, friendly, outstandingly thoughtful/polite and knew their plumbing. Special recognition to Andrew and Parker for getting my repairs done in quick fashion and doing so in such a kind, thoughtful and friendly manner. They helped move my furniture, took care to clean out my area and Parker even helped organize my cleaning supplies better than I could when putting things back! Tom was on time (actually early) and very courteous. he located the leaking pipe within minutes and had the repair done with the tools/equipment on the truck. Once complete he rechecked his work (no leaks) and confirmed the water pressure on the system. He did a great job and kept me informed of the process throughout.

We contacted BlueFrog for a quote on a repipe due to a slab leak. Their technician showed up right on time, and after doing a physical inspection, offered an electronic leak detection service to ensure we were not wasting a whole lot of money if the problem was something else. The cost was 250.00 and he explained it in detail, and confirmed the leak in a hot water line, where I had seen water on the carpet. However, over the course of the day it had started draining down apparently, and no longer was as wet there, so there was some uncertainty. BlueFrog was the only company out of the ones I had create an estimate, who offered the service to bypass and repair the leaking line only. I would highly recommend them for testing or repairs, based on this experience.

Andrew was dispatched for my repair. He arrived with a companion, on time and both wearing masks, which I appreciated. He quickly diagnosed the issue and had the parts available on the truck for a very quick and thorough repair. A defective floater had the toilet continuously running. What I didn’t realize is that it must have been trickling from the tank to the bowl for the entire time I’ve been living here because the toilet is 100% quiet now. We had a slow draining kitchen sink for a few weeks that finally slowed to almost a halt on Thanksgiving. Called early in the morning on Black Friday (brown Friday in the plumbing business I hear!) and had Rubin out before noon. He did an awesome job taking care of the blockage and black sludge that covered the drainage lines. In and out in 40 min or so. Really nice guy, great at what he does. Thank you Bluefrog Plumbing!!

It was a relief talking to & dealing with the owner of Bluefrog. After speaking to several plumbers from other companies & getting various quotes, one company wanted $120 just to come look regardless if they could even do the job once they inspected, another company saying part of the job was undoable, there was no choice but to go with Bluefrog. All of myriad questions were answered as often as I asked. The job was started on time & completed on time. Nothing but helpful & courteous. Having peace of mind during the stress of neighbor-caused water damage & the resulting mold abatement- it's not been good. But Matt & his crew really have helped make things a lot easier.
